Jen is the founder and organizer of Wild Soul Spiritual Retreat. A Reiki healer, event organizer and meditation teacher, she is passionate about holding sacred space for others to heal, feel, and reconnect through guided meditation, music, and Reiki healing.

Erin is a Movement facilitator who guides people back into their bodies through mindful movement, play and presence. Her work centers on connection, self trust, and the joy of moving from the inside out.

Veronica Carpenter is a Yoga Therapist and self-love cheerleader behind Blissful Butterfly Yoga. Veronica has over 20 years experience supporting children in mental health and caregiving, she works with both children and adults, guiding people of all ages back to loving kindness, compassion, curiosity, and play. Her work blends breath, somatic movement, and mindfulness in beginner-friendly, trauma-informed spaces where all of you is welcome, even the messy bits, inviting you to embrace your most authentic self.

Wendie is a Certified Forest Therapy Practioner and Yoga Instructor in Pennsylvania just outside Philadelphia. Forest bathing or Shinrin - Yoku is slow, mindful time among trees with no fitness goals, just sensory presence.
