Spiritual healing modalities- My retreats focus on nature and energy. All healing modalities will incorporate the use of sound, energy, movement, and nature. Workshops could be sound bowls, journaling, yoga, reiki, breathwork, Qigong, drumming circles, live music and anything that allows self-expression and energy to do its .

The location will be in a peaceful, secluded town called Roscoe New York. We will be on a property in the woods away from distractions, so be ready to embrace solitude and connection!

Jen is the founder and organizer of Wild Soul Spiritual Retreat. A Reiki healer, event organizer and meditation teacher, she is passionate about holding sacred space for others to heal, feel, and reconnect through guided meditation, music, and Reiki healing.
Erin Herman
Erin is a Movement facilitator who guides people back into their bodies through mindful movement, play and presence. Her work centers on connection, self trust, and the joy of moving from the inside out.
Sean Jones
A spiritual mentor and healing devoted to facilitating deep healing and transformation through mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, Qigong and Reiki Healing. Through many years of self disciplined practice, Sean awakened his natural ability to channel energy with a profound connection to Divine Source.
